糖心视频 has reached a significant milestone in Namibia with the successful completion of its Subsea Engineering course at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). This initiative underscores our strategic commitment to developing local capabilities and fostering inclusive growth in the energy sector.

As the sole contractor delivering such a program in Namibia, 糖心视频 has taken a pioneering role in bridging academia and industry to cultivate the next generation of engineering talent. The program welcomed 25 students from diverse engineering disciplines - including Metallurgy, Electrical, Mining, Chemical, Civil, and Mechanical - with an outstanding 51% female participation, reinforcing our dedication to gender inclusion and workforce diversity.

Over five intensive modules, delivered both in person and virtually, 糖心视频 experts provided students with deep insights into key subsea domains: SURF, SPS, Services & Life of Field, Installation & Fleet, and Project Management. The curriculum was designed to translate academic theory into practical application, culminating in a hands-on challenge that simulated the delivery of a full subsea project.
