Technip has been certified as a Top Employer 听Global 2016 for the second year in a row. The Global certification is a 听recognition launched last year for the first time by the Top Employers 听Institute. Out of the eight global organizations rewarded this year, Technip 听remains the only company of the energy sector. This independent certification 听underlines the quality and consistency of Technip鈥檚 human resources (HR) 听practices and policies around the globe. It also recognizes that the company strives 听to improve continuously its global employment practices.
The Top Employers Institute is a 听specialist in the field of international research into HR management and 听working conditions. Its certification program comprises a comprehensive 听analysis of organizations鈥� HR environment, through the examination of 600 HR 听practices. The organizations examined were assessed based on several criteria 听covering all HR aspects, from talent strategy, learning and development, career 听management to compensation and benefits, or culture.
This year again, Technip has also been 听certified as a Top Employer in 24 single countries - Australia, Brazil, China, 听Colombia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, 听Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, the Netherlands, United 听Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela and Vietnam - as well 听as in three regions: Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America.
